Look. I hate bringing this up. But I'm concerned. This could be a fatal issue in this campaign. When I first saw it on TV, I was FREAKED OUT. I thought "There goes the white, working class vote". Even my misguided Republican wife saw it and SHE, just days before, watched the speech and admitted "This guy is good". So it is my DUTY to bring this up and it's the DUTY of the Senator's handlers to correct this serious breech of campaign ettiquette. I can handle it, but the sensibilities of blue collar, working class Americans are not quite as liberal as mine. So here it is:
PLEASE teach the Senator the correct way to eat CHICKEN WINGS ! He needs to RIP right into one, not hold it gingerly between his thumb and forefinger with his little finger EXTENDED. And slightly crooked, as well. And nibbling ! There's no nibbling of a chicken wing. Ohmigod !
I keep seeing clips on MSNBC and one of the dudes is looking at the Senator as if he's an alien. No ! Not an alien, but a typical Harvard-educated WHITE GUY. I understand Obama is half white, but he should try to keep displays like this behind closed doors. Next time, grab that sucker with both hands, tear into it, eat all of the meat in ONE FELL SWOOP, retract the pinky and get some sauce on your face. Most importantly, (and I stress this with alacrity), wipe the sauce off your face WITH YOUR SHIRTSLEEVE.
Do that and we'll win Pennsylvania's Blue Collar voters and the nomination will follow shortly. Don't get freaked out. It's not too late. Just fix it.

8. Funny, but I think this hits on an important point.

I've started to think that the problem Obama has with working class blue collar voters has little to do with race, and more to do with the fact that he comes across as more of an intellectual.
