Hillary's Bosnia lie has proven she does not have the character to be President
We've had enough of a serial liar in the White House like we've had for the last 8 years, do we need another one?

Oh, I got it.

People used to wonder the same thing about George Bush in 2000.

We know how that turned out............

What actually happened didn't even come close. That's a lie in my book.

10. How exactly would she be exaggerating?
She said her group came under sniper fire and they had to duck and run for cover, but all accounts and images depict a perfectly peaceful scene when she arrived in Bosnia. What do you think was the true state of things that this might be an exaggeration of? Was some little kid shooting at them with a squirt gun just for fun?

17. Why do you have to dehumanize Clinton to support your candidate?
Obama is not perfect. He has lied again and again (Rezko, Canada, Bhutto, Wright).

When he lies you ignore, parse, forgive, minimize.

When Clinton breaths you twist and shout "see!?" "That proves she is evil!"

Seriously, Yes We Will just goes to show how little imagination and intuition her campaign has. For 6 million dollars, Mark Penn can afford to rent out a room full of monkeys and typewriters in hopes of something original.

in, as well. If she was so against it, why did she support it while at the WH? I think it just shows that she will do whatever is politically expedient, regardless of what she believes. And that doesn't bode well for how she would govern. Don't trust her farther than I can throw her.

ABC News Polling Unit on Clinton Pollster's Memo: 'Full of Overblown Claims'
March 20, 2008 2:05 PM

"Clinton senior strategist Mark Penn put out a polling memo today heralding a "shift to Hillary."

Peyton Craighill of the ABC News Polling Unit reports: "Mark Penn’s note is full of overblown claims based on current polling. He’s cherry picking numbers from recent polls. Much of his claim of a Clinton swing is based on the latest tracking data from Gallup in which Clinton is now ahead by 7 points. If you go back two more days Obama has a 7-point lead in a separate USA Today/Gallup poll. CBS has a new poll out today that shows a close 46-43 percent Obama-Clinton race. The CBS poll also has the match ups with McCain at 48-43 percent for Obama-McCain and 46-44 percent for Clinton-McCain. We see little indication of a shift to Clinton. Of the nine polls cited in his note, five of them are not airworthy."

57. why should we? We got kicked out of the party.
Let me see, a registered dem for more than 45 years, my family has always been dems probably back to 1796 when the party started. I have never missed an election in my life and i have never voted for a republican. My uncle's best friend was Hubert Humphrey. I was a kid visiting my uncle, playing monopoly with one of his friends when his friend had to stop and take a phone call. It was the White House calling him to come back to Washington, DC ASAP because JFK needed him, as he was the leading expert in the western world on the USSR, to advise him on the Cuban Missile Crisis. It wasn't until years later when my mom was telling me how damned scared she was about that that I understood why. We got sort of a sneak peak on that one earlier than some.

Yeah, I suck as a dem.

48. US Grant was not personally corrupt and was not really a drunk.
He was taken advantage of by slick businessmen and bad advisors during his Presidency but most historians I have read believe he was not personally involved with any of the scandals that occurred during his admin. He was not a good President because he trusted the wrong peope but he is not a person to hold up as an example of bad character. In fact, he had many admirable qualities. His reputation as a drunk is very exaggerated. He was not able to handle his liquor very well. He only had to drink a little bit to get drunk. The stories of his drunkenness were exaggerated by his political opponents.

I would say that Grant's character was much higher than that of H. Clinton.

"His personality was not typical of a great general. He was a very modest man. Many thought of him as rough and crude, with a macho edge and hard personality. Those who knew him well, however, often described him as a man with a gentle and forgiving disposition. He was said to be shy and reserved.

Grant was a highly moral man who was better read and educated than most of his countrymen. While he preferred to discuss horses, he was knowledgeable in several areas. He could easily talk about military matters, farming, topography, and history."
