Firefox users: anyone tried the iMacros extension? (possible post filtering tool)

With the current discussion of shared ignore lists, and the ongoing barrage of posts many would simply not have to see, I'm wondering how difficult it would be to use the iMacros Firefox extension to create a filter for words like 'Hilbot' or 'Obamatron'. An example script I recorded blocks only one post, but it seems like it should be editable to produce a more generic script for posts containing any buzzwords that signal flame-bait:

Yeah, I know I offending threads can simply be hidden as they pop up, but this might expedite things and be usable by anyone.

Probably wouldn't be hard to write something in greasemonkey - but I doubt it'd be worth the work it would take.
