CAN WE NOW LET IT SINK, PLEASE!?
After the coordinated Maya Angelou spam attack on DU and the one week blackout, I feel less inclined to really give a crap about anything the other side has to say.

As one poster put it recently, Obama is the presumptive nominee since Hillary has no road to victory other than destruction. Therefore, the Hillary supporters are here to TEAR DOWN OUR DEMOCRATIC NOMINEE.

And as such, I will now respond in kind by ignoring, bullying or whatever means I can. EXACTLY THE SAME WAY I WOULD AS FROM SIMILAR ATTACKS BY THE REPUBLICANS.

They used Maya Angelou to declare their contradictory intentions of tearing down our nominee who has run a very clean campaign.

Don't expect roses when you come back, Obama haters.

4. Thanks, Bonobo. I was starting to think the "I'm A Victim of Ignore" campaign had worked.. I've just
responded to three, count em, THREE insightful, intelligent and thought-provoking posts in FIVE minutes ! Imagine that. Before, I couldn't even get to them for all the tripe and bullshit. If we ever get used to dealing in issues and intelligence, I think we'll be much less inclined to go back to flamewars with 2-year-olds.

10. If someone reprints an entire Maya Angelou poem without permission, it's copyright infringement.
And copyright infringement is against DU rules.

12. My goodness, let's get those threads locked asap.
Maybe DU could just create a new rule that allows only Obama praise, all else in violation of the rules.

Spending some time in front of a mirror may be more to your liking.

11. Hillary supporters are here to "tear down" the nominee?
Therefore, one must praise obama, or he/she is against the Dem party, and our winning in Nov.

you are so full of shit.

14. it's really sad...
and very hurtful. If it were just against a candidate it would be one thing. But it is not. It's against me. And people I love. It destroys my faith in the belief that good will out. To see human beings behaving vicious, like wild dogs in a frenzy, salivating at the anticipation of feeding on the freshly-killed corpse. It's like a precious part of my soul is being ripped out.
