If Obama or Clinton become President, and then make an excuse not to pull us out of Iraq |
|
do the voters have any recourse?

2. That is my biggest concern. In 2006 the Democrats won because they said they would |
|
do something about Iraq. Essentially they just paid lip service, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.
Now it isn't just Iraq it is the economy, and Iraq is affecting the economy adversely
I will feel extremely pissed off if they let the country down again, in my view

3. i don't think they will do that... |
|
that would almost ensure that they would not be re-elected. both of them care too much about being president for that, in my opinion.

4. I don't think they would either, but it still is a concern for me |
|
I imagine I would shift my registration from Democratic to nonpartisan, just to send a message of disapproval if that was done

5. oh yeah that is definitely a concern of mine too... |
|
i am always skeptical of politicians... i take most of what they say with a grain of salt- they are trying to get elected after all. In my opinion all of the shit they say is "best case scenario" anyways.
