They never understand the process anyhow.
The delegates were never going to be chosen in May. The state's delegate selection plan that was approved a year ago says "The first determining step of West Virginia’s delegate selection process will occur on May 13,2008, with the West Virginia Primary and the Presidential Preference. This will be followed by a post-primary convention in June 13-14 at the Civic Center in Charleston, where the delegates and alternates will be elected."
