Breaking: Obama surges 20 points in 1 week in NC... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rev. who? |
|
55 Obama 34 Hillary 3/24 44 Obama 43 Hillary 3/17 http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2008/president/nc/north_carolina_democratic_primary-275.htmlUhh ohh... Obama's drop in the poll numbers seems to have reversed... I guess the Clinton campaign won't be getting their 27%+ victories over Obama that they were planning on to catch up.

24. Bill prefers the phrase "young and urban voters" |
|
Least that is what he was spouting off while he was down here in TX stumping for HRC....as in "how many adjectives/words can I use to talk about black voters without using the word black"? It was in a rant about it was harder for HRC to attract "urban and young voters".

39. Whether you believe it or not, there are millions of blacks. . . |
|
including "Man-Man, Ray-Ray, Pookie, Kiana, and Big Momma" who are voting for the first time in this election simply because Obama is black. . .
And, before you "go there," I AM BLACK, a proud daughter of the 54th Massachusetts Colored Infantry (Civil War), with an nearly 200 year family history of patriotism and service to this nation.
With the "ghetto set" being mustered to vote I can believe that I can believe that Obama will do okay there. . .

Although one of the poll questions depresses me.
"If John Edwards endorsed Hillary Clinton, would it make you more likely or less likely to vote for Clinton, or would it not make a difference?"
12% more likely 31% less likely.
Meh. I still like you, John.

15. Not sure how much I trust this. |
|
Obama is clearly and undeniably in the lead in NC, which is like the 10th nail in the coffin of the Clinton campaign since they need a blowout in NC (and every other remaining state) to have even a slim hope of swaying the supers and it's never going to happen, but PPP is the same polling company that had Hillary up by 26 in Pennsylvania a couple days ago before Rasmussen came out today with her only up by 10. I'm not sure how reliable their results are, I have a suspicion their methodology exaggerates trends.

Obama will probably also win a lot of states in November that he lost primaries in such as New York, California, and Massachusetts.

If you want to say he "surges to a 20 point lead in one week" well ok.

32. That is the basic fact that I haven't heard any in the media bothering to mention. |
|
Most anyone who says that Wright is the cause for their not voting for Obama is likely just latching onto that as an excuse. They wouldn't have voted for him anyway. Personally, I wasn't expecting Obama to do real well with the white sheet demo.
