Let us say she is being honest about not remembering exactly what happened on her trip to Bosnia.
How, exactly, is that not something to be extremely concerned about should she become the president of the United States? That kind of recollection borders on hallucination. She probably ought to seek medical attention. She might have a tumor or might be going senile or has schizophrenia.
I'm just saying.

Even if there was no sniper shooting, it might have been a dangerous area and she might have felt that she was in danger, and that distorted her memory of the event. But yeah, it is a bit of a concern. And to focus on 3 AM decision-making ability and then use sleep deprivation as an excuse for a gaffe is pretty friggin' stupid!
