How can you misspeak if you were reading from a prepared speech? |
|
Edited on Tue Mar-25-08 04:21 PM by TAWS
On her sniper gaffe, Hillary said, "I was sleep-deprived, and I misspoke."
What does being sleep deprived have to do with anything if you were reading from a PREPARED speech that had those Bosnia lines in it, which was also used on other occasions.
James Frey must be her speechwriter!

even this morning she said it was an 'active combat zone' if it was even slightly dangerous - why did she take Chelsea : It seems to me that taking your teenage daughter to an active combat zone for no good reason would make you an unfit partent (not to mention President) so - it's either that she lied yet again this morning or she's unfit for the White House.

a person's reading speed is different than their speaking speed which is different than their optimum delivery speed.
It's entirely doable.

6. Perhaps she miswrote when preparing the speech |
|
after misremembering what took place. Or she misheard what she was told about the incident. Or misread the official briefing she got.
Or maybe she just told a big fat fucking MIStruth.
