Obama In The Big Apple: Introduced By Michael Bloomberg, Does The View, and Major Network Interviews

Thursday Gotham City highlights include being introduced by Michael Bloomberg at morning economic address, records “The View” for Friday airing…. and does a bucket-load of media interviews, including with some network bigs. He also raises money

Big day for Obama tomorrow. I wonder who he'll be doing interviews for? Should be cool either way, and I'm looking forward to the Bloomberg introduction.

Does anybody know what time the economic speech is going to be?

5. He's moving on from Hillary.
While the Clinton's are campaigning for McCain, Obama is focusing on the issues and his differences from McCain. Just my two cents of where Obama is going. I'm starting to see this as a big ad from the Clinton's for McCain. If you go to McCain's website it opens to a video of Bill.

11. 9:15 am speech in the East Village--at Cooper Union where Lincoln once spoke.
10 minute walk from home for me. Damn, I wish I had a ticket!

Bloomberg intro for an economics speech is certainly interesting. It will be seen as a dis of NY Senator Clinton and will get people talking of Obama/Bloomberg ticket, but that doesn't seem likely to me. He doesn't help--and might hurt--in Obama's swing states in upper midwest, plains and mountain states. Obama won't need him to carry New York (but he would help with NJ), and Obama should forget about dumping a lot of resources chasing Florida. He'll be working from a different electoral map.
