Clinton Camp accuses Obama of appropriating Clinton’s own remedies for the economy

http://www.swamppolitics.com/news/politics/blog/2008/03/clinton_camp_democratic_contes.html

<snip>

What the Obama campaign says is that the race is over and that we have no chance to win,’’ he said. “But what they do belies that, because every day since Ohio and Texas and lately with increasing ferocity, the Obama campaign engages in a systematic effort to attack Sen. Clinton’s character, to attack her in personal terms.’’

And speaking of attacks: The Clinton campaign today accused the Obama campaign of appropriating Clinton’s own remedies for the economy in his address at Cooper Union today -- "He is following our proposal by a week,'' Wolfson said of Obama. "That is not leadership. That is follwership.''

1. "His proposals are dangerously naïve. Also, they're the same as ours."

8. "and also they're just vague words"
:rofl:

Clinton adviser says Obama's economic address is 'just words'

Responding to this morning's economic address by Democratic presidential rival Barack Obama, Hillary Rodham Clinton's campaign has issued a statement from its policy director, Neera Tanden. She says, in part, that:

Senator Obama announced a series of broad, vague principles, while offering no new concrete solutions to provide Americans with greater confidence in the market or keep them in their homes. The contrast could not be clearer -- on Monday, Senator Clinton announced a detailed, specific plan to address the housing and credit crisis. On Tuesday, Senator McCain announced that he had no plan. And today, Senator Obama offered just words.

10. If this is true (which I doubt) it proves no one is paying much
attention when Hillary speaks.
