Is it possible that Wright is the best they've got? |
|
When the Wright story drops from the top spot a new "revelation" is "discovered." The problem is the isn't really anything new, just more of the same.
Andrea Greenspan Mitchell could barely control the emotion in her voice earlier today, it almost cracked, when she announced Obama is ahead again in the polls. She then perked right up as she tempered positive Obama coverage with the latest Wright shit.
It hit me that there isn't much they can use to slam Obama. Hillary's embarrassing misstatement was a 12 hour story, but the Wright story never gets too old to cover. If they had more, by now they would use it. The whole right wing noise machine is now on the Clinton bandwagon, but they aren't having much luck.

Drudge, or Rush.
If it were there, they would have found it by now. Instead, all we get are reruns. They think Wright is the gift that keeps on giving, but most people realize that Wright and Obama are separate people.

MSNBC just called Wright a gift that keeps on giving for the Hillary campaign. I should write this stuff.
They'll release something every week until November.

2. It's a game..... when Obama dropped in the polls, they slammed Hillary... when Obama surged, they .. |
|
...are back to slamming him.
MSNBC *LIKES* the ratings they are getting. They are trying to keep this close. Whoever is ahead in the polls, they highlight a story attacking them to bring the race back into equilibrium. Once the balance tips too far the other way, they attack the other candidate.
If Hillary surges in the polls again for some reason.... they'll go back to bashing her.
They want this to remain a race... so they can milk it for ratings for months.
It's what they do.

wealthy boss' want the elections to stay close so that the elites candidate can steal it and the American public will just think" aww we were so close, it was our fault. Same thing I believe happened with bush, keep it close so when you rig enough electronic votes or disenfranchise just enough people, you look like you just won by the skin of your teeth and the public gives up and goes back to sleep.
If Obama were to have ran away with it and became the nominee, there isn't too much the media could do during the time before the GE to keep all of the younger voters and newer voters from staying with Obama. The way the Clintons are running their campaign, its either them or McCain and thats how their elite boss' wants it.
They are already painting the picture that McCain will win because polls show Democrats not wanting to vote for the other candidate, I call bullshit. Americans are sick of bush and where are country has went in a fast pace and I don't see anyway McCain could win unless Clinton is given the nod from the super delegates while being behind.

8. This is why the MSM hates any candidate that doesnt have a long record in office |
|
Without 10-20 years of votes under their belts the MSM has trouble trying to persuade voters that candidate X is a bad person because he voted for these bills in office.
It removes their power to slant the news to get people to vote for their corporate employers bought and paid for candidate.

apparent it's a hit job, nothing more and nothing less, that I really don't care. MSNBC, in particular, should be ashamed of themselves, however. We're now over 4,000 dead in an illegal war and the country is on the brink of depression and they're worrying about snippets out of some preacher's life. As Sally Quinn said, if they wanted to depict Bill Clinton in small snippets and the snippets were Flowers, Jones and Lewinsky, it would not be a fair representation.

My son and I were discussing it this morning. They can't come up with anything against him personally, so now they're attempting and re-attempting to use Pastor Wright's words as if they are Obama's.
There are people out there(insanity-faux) who want to know the exact dates Obama was in church so they can compare the sermons from those dates for anything perceived as outrageous or hateful.

it's always somethin' and it's always going to be somethin' (roseanne rosannadanna)
my belief is that more people in America realize what a crock it all is, than any of us could imagine
how else can we explain the consistent resurgence of the obama campaign?
if it bothers you that the Clinton camp is so persistent (if negative), imagine how THEY feel with Obama popping back up all the time, no matter how hard they try to hit him, like Muhammed Ali, dancing in the ring, way too pretty
restores my faith in a way...

This is all they have a "close" surrogate of sorts that is linked to a church no less. The problem with that is, MANY people don't see church and politics one in the same EXCEPT republicans. Unfortunately, the repubs have church issues of their own so this does not go very far on its own so the MSM plays the SAME CLIPS OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
The muslim thing has been destroyed BECAUSE of Wright (that was smart), he is not linked the farrakhans of the world so they try to manufacture that. Everything is manufactured at this point b/c nothing is sticking.
