The school itself has already said that as a senior lecturer teaching 3 classes at the law school he was considered a law school professor. Many law school professors are not tenured and have no advanced degree beyond a JD. As I could tell you, having attended oh so many years ago. Plagiarism, my uninformed friend, is the uncredited use of another's work without permission. Obama had permission to use those words and ideas, therefore it can't be plagiarism. Strike two.
