since the Bosnia story shows she will say and do anything to win...can we actually take her at her word anymore without second guessing?

6. Did he claim that those were his words? |
He never explicitly said "Hey, I wrote this piece last night" or "These are my words and they are totally original." The same cannot be said for Clinton and Snipergate (and other lies about her experience.)

The school itself has already said that as a senior lecturer teaching 3 classes at the law school he was considered a law school professor. Many law school professors are not tenured and have no advanced degree beyond a JD. As I could tell you, having attended oh so many years ago. Plagiarism, my uninformed friend, is the uncredited use of another's work without permission. Obama had permission to use those words and ideas, therefore it can't be plagiarism. Strike two. Better head back to the Drudge Report and look for something else.

12. The poll misses the most important point. |
Telling some whoppers as the only basis for trustworthiness?
I am much more interested in whether she will work for all Americans--whether she will promise us some progressive initiatives and then follow through. Tuzla is insignificant next to that.
