SuperDelegate Question
Rachel Maddow said something about how having a primary for the SuperDelegates NOW rather than have them vote at the end of the primary; would help the Democrats chance against McCain.

How would that work?

1. I have no idea
Unless it means the "superdelegates" would be called together to vote.

This won't happen. The procedures for the delegates have all been agreed to. THis would be a change in the rules. I don't see it happening.

2. Yeah, It's Unclear To Me
I don't understand how the timing of the Superdelegate vote would play a big role in our chances against McCain. Even if we held the Superdelegate vote long before the primary's over and people forget about it, I would think that the RNC and the right wing media would have no problem REMINDING the general public about the Superdelegate issue.
