2. That type of a lead is going to do nothing for her. She needs waaaaaaay more delegates than that.

30. More than that, even, when you consider the fact that NC is going for Obama, possibly IN too.
Hillary basically has to take PA with 100% of the vote in order to even be competitive... and even then she's STILL behind.

5. not good enough for poor Hill;y
12 pts won't do a thing for her, and besides he's still got over 3 weeks to pare her lead down. Today Casey is endorsing him and there's bad news for your gal in all the national polls. Plus Leahy's call for her to drop out is getting a lot of play and will reverberate among uncommitted SDs.

12. And I suppose that you think this is GOOD news for HRC...
Nope. She would need to be leading by something like 40% at this point to allow for the "inevitable" bite that Obama's campaign in-state will take from her lead, whatever it is. And guess what? It still wouldn't give her anything close to a delegate lead - or the craved "momentum." You need to move right on to delegate poaching and advocating for those "disenfranchised" FL and MI primary voters. Oh, and character assassination of Obama and friends - that works pretty well, doesn't it?

20. I'm going to say it. Obama will win PA by 2-3%
The Clinton tax returns mid-April (if that happens) are going to hit them again as well as a speech on trade from Obama that peels back the truth behind Hillary Clinton's support of NAFTA while First Lady.

23. A concern about Pennsylvania polls.
They're not likely to include new registrants and party switchers. The county boards are still processing these forms. The campaigns don't yet have access to this data, so I highly doubt the pollsters have it.

On the other hand, if they're cold-calling people, how do they know whether or not these people are telling the truth about their party registration, race, age, etc.?

I'm not sure that any of the polls are going to be able to capture this.

25. *** He's closing in on her lead -- on 3/11 it was H-55; O-36
I jotted down the numbers on my desktop notepad that day just so I would watch the progess of during what was then 6 weeks waiting for PA. The Wright story had not yet hit, and he has not yet really campaigned in PA, but he's narrowed her lead by 7 points! GOBAMA!!

the problem for hillary is that obama has a lot of time left in pa to make up points. even when you are ahead never give your opponent more time in the game...

36. It always fascinates me the way the percentages are
reported.....

If Clinton leads among "women" that must mean that African American females are included ~ right?

And if Obama leads among African American "voters" are some of those voters "women" or are they men and women or does it not matter what gender they are ?"

Huuum.....

"Clinton leads among women 61% to 30%. Clinton leads among white voters 60% to 30% and Obama leads among African American voters 83% to 11%."
