he's anti-abortion rights. He's been in the Senate for all of year. It's an absurd suggestion.

2. In my very humble opinion, no, because he doesn't pass the heartbeat-away test. |
|
In other words (God forbid a million times) if something were to happen to a Pres. Obama, I can't imagine having a Pres. Casey.

9. At the expense of the pro-choice vote. |
|
Plus, he literally just got into the Senate.
I'm hoping we can stop with the "everyone who endorses Obama deserves to be considered for VP" threads.

23. Guess what: The MAJORITY OF AMERICANS ARE PRO CHOICE. |
|
I guarantee you there will be two people on a ticket this year who want to institute a Federal police presence in 100 Million American Womens' Uterii, and who will enthusiastically support a constitutional amendment to outlaw the birth control pill- they are called the REPUBLICANS.
Opposition to Roe v. Wade is a deal-breaker for me, and a large number of other Democrats.
If "Catholic women" need to be in charge of anyone's sex lives and bodies, they can be in charge of their own.

10. These threads are hysterical. Every time someone endorses Obama, he |
|
is put up as a Veep possibility.
What about Ted Kennedy? He'd make a good choice, wouldn't he? He was first in line.

|
Personally, I hope Obama picks someone like Russ Feingold or Barbara Boxer, although I suspect Bill Richardson is more likely.

25. From what I understand Bob Casey is 100 percent pro life. |
|
Hes one of those extremists who wouldn't even allow it in the first two months. I also dint even think that he supports abortion for victims of rape. I'm just glad that I don't live in Pennsylvania because then I would have had to choose between voting for him in Rick Sanatorium.
