1. Watch someone come along
and offer some twisted rationale for how this is actually bad for Obama.

2. Hey, this is BAD for Obama
Not really, I just wanted to make Mooney's prediction come true.

3. She is the only candidate consistently over 50% unfavorable.
When she was being touted as inevitable, it was all a set-up by the have-mores and their propaganda machine, hoping to keep their puppet republicans in power.

Then along came a skinny guy with a funny last name.

4. Any more and Hillary fans will be voting for Bush
And may I say, every percentage of that rating was hard earned.
Way to go Clintons.

6. K&R
Expect "Rasmussen doesn't count" rationales, but who wants to send a candidate to the GE with 56% unfavorables?

7. Mrs. Clinton has been unable, on a sustained basis, to shake off the negative
reaction many voters have to her candidacy.

And the race-baiting by surrogates hasn't helped.

Many Democrats have supped at the Clinton buffet and are sated, and would like to see a new menu.

9. This confirms my reading of opinion in my area of the USA
I'm not sure how the Clinton supporters think she is the best candidate in a GE. I can't speak for the rest of the country but I am politically active in my county and Senator Clinton is seriously unpopular here. Obviously among Republicans but also Independents. Even among committed Democrats there is a feeling of doom and gloom around here if Clinton somehow ends up heading the ticket. These are white rural voters. Obama won the primary vote here in Siskiyou County CA pretty easily

12. No, they're working on making Obama look good. Which ain't hard.
Hillary is doing a great job of tearing herself down.

13. Hillary is doing it all by herself with no help from anyone.
I thought she was "tough" anyway? Shouldn't she be able to easily repel the pernicious attack of these amateur snake oil salesmen? And if she can't, then how will she possibly stand up to the fearsome Republican Attack Machine?
