President Barack Hussein Obama. |

Is there a better name for a U.S. president to bring the world together than that?! Nope. :D

14. The country under * rule is "out of hand". Why can't we unite |
|
the world? Are you so jaded that you can't see and support the notion of a better world. In just honoring such a name we have made a statement to those who we have bullied, recklessly dominated, and ignored.
This step to recognize this man, as a man of leadership, is so symbolic. It will dispel the ugly image that has been our legacy through these dark and unaccountable years.
He is only a man and is flawed, but what man or woman isn't. It's the intent and the good works of a leader, that we seek out. If we pick apart any good person we will find indiscretions and mistakes in decisions. We must weigh the rights and wrongs and give this job to the person who can bring us together and bring the strengths that we have always thought was America.
With our help Mr. Obama can give us the freedom to be proud of who we really are. We are not selfish, greedy, disrespectful of religions or lack of religion, life styles, or race. We expect those around us and representatives to work to the interest of the life, liberty, and common good of humanity. This has been missing from our current corporate leaning government. So yes the name is a start, but we have to work to create all the rest.

Once in office and after having won over those who feared a Black Muslim President, perhaps it will be easier for many to view the rest of the world in a more human way.

8. Yup. And of course he's NOT Muslim, but the fact that we elected him, with his name, speaks volumes |
|
to the world about how hungry we are for a NEW approach to foreign policy.
