It's the anxiety of the unknown. |
|
We simply do not know what is going to happen? That fact alone creates anxiety within the Party and with individual Party members, and with Americans in general. We do not know who our nominee is going to be? We do not know what is going to happen with FL and MI? We do not know what the Super Delegates are going to do? We do not know what is going to happen with the war in Iraq? We do not know what is going to happen with the economy? Turmoil seems to be the rule of the day.
Once there is some certainty in our lives, then we may be able to return to some sense of normalcy? The first thing that will need to happen, with Democrats most specifically, is to agree upon a nominee to run in November. After that, we will need to unite behind an agenda for progress. Unfortunately, this anxiety will continue until George W Bush and the Republicans are dispensed to the trash bin of history. We are all experiencing a slow healing process that will not end at anytime in the near future. We need to understand this anxiety.
