About the youth turnout in the primaries....
I haven't seen the MSM talk about the kids lately and I was wondering if any of our resident experts on the vote breakdowns could posit how they have shaped things so far, and what kind of effect they will have in the GE...

Thanks...

1. Could be because there hasn't been a primary in awhile. But if
Penn State is any indication...

I don't know of any solid numbers, sorry.

3. I read a post recently
where a hillary supporter was saying that the "youth vote" doesn't count because they'll all find something better to do and won't show up for the GE

Of course it fits into a pattern: Anyone who votes for Obama doesn't count

4. I didn't realize the 'youth' vote..
was 18-29. I always picture my high school yearbook.

6. I have recently posted about the youth vote for Obama and if you are referring to
my post, you have misquoted me.

I have never said that the youth vote did not count. I did mention that historically they have the lowest percentage of turnout for elections. I also mentioned that they are very enthused now, but wondered if their enthusiasm will last until the GE which is still several months away. This is something that concerns me. I wasn't being snarky.
