I really hate to see this arguing and feel if we don't get it together, McLame will be laughing all the way to 1600 pennsylvania avenue

I'm sorry to say that and I expect to take some heat for it but honestly, he is much more honest and likable to me, with McCain, like it or not at least you are sure of what you are getting.

That's the worst from both sides. Anyone who thinks McCain would be a better president than either Hillary or Obama, needs to go enjoy the company of the freepers.

a Republican candidate and that when the lax rules policy goes out of effect after the primary, you can count on being banned for supporting McCain on DU.

|
for anyone who knows how to actually read my op. You are a piss poor excuse for an Obama supporter with your attitude. Are you sure you don't support Hillary? You sure do exude the same tendencies.
No, I don't expect to turn this thing around nor have any intention of doing so but I will exercise my freedom of speech.
Again, if you can prove to me that nobody else on this site feels the same way, I will gladly take a walk and leave it to you and your militant cronies.

.. in my 40 years of of being "blessed" with an insatiable interest in politics. I only jumped on you for the Repub over a Dem thing. My respect for the Clintons has diminished to nearly nothing during the last 4 weeks, but after 8 years of the Chimp nightmare, I simply will not stand by and watch "Chimp the Sequel" become a reality.

I am just stating my point of view. I honestly do not think that Hillary is honest enough to be our president, there is simply no way I can vote for her. My opinion has changed a few times throughout this contest but after seeing her act the way she has over the last two months, I just can't do it. Now, I can either vote for McCain in the event she wins the nomination or simply not vote, really it's probably the same result. I'm not sure I am ready to change my party just yet either.
I will completely agree about Obama, I have never been more politically involved in my life and he's motivated me to become very active in this campaign. BTW Forest Grove, Oregon is very pro Obama, myself and many others are stumping for him here.

32. well, I dunno about that. I've seen many hillary supporters say the same thing here. |

that they'd rather vote republican than Obama.
it would appear to be the right board to do that.
In fairness, I think more of them on both sides say that out of frustration than real intent.
but meh! whatchugonnado?

14. You have to stop saying this stuff |
|
We don't know for sure what the future holds but if I was a betting woman I'd bet a democrat will figure out a way through the problems without killing half a country in the process.
McCain wants to go to a new war, he wants that. He is the reason we have to pull together in spite of how we feel about the character defects and personally flaws of the two democratic candidates...

Please show me proof that 100% of the Obama supporters here will vote for Hillary over McCain if that's how the GE ends up. On the flip side, also show how many Hillary supporters will vote for Obama. The fact is, you can't.
I can guarantee that there are other democrats on this board (and the general public) who feel the exact same way.

Why, if you are a Democrat, would you give any aid or comfort to the enemy?
Our votes are private things. How anyone votes when they are in the booth is their business. This is a public board devoted to all things Democratic. Democratic with a big 'D'. Why encourage defecting to the enemy (Reps)?

I suppose it's only OK if Hillary does it. Let's face it she's given oodles of ammo to the republicans and the 527's are going to have a hay day with it if she wins the nomination. I am not providing ammo, just stating who I will vote for in the event of a Clinton vs McCain match up.

More people uninsured, higher gas prices, fewer jobs, more unchecked executive power and fewer civil liberties. I don't like Hillary much either but saying McCain would be better for us is pure insanity and ignorance. McCain would be a disaster, maybe even bigger than Chimp. You seriously must rethink this position.

They do not like the treatment Hillary has been subjected to: the accusations of race-baiting, the endless abuse of "Hillary hate" -- played out in myriad ways.
Thanks to Barack Obama, the situation is now that neither can win without the other -- if at all. Obama is the ultimate disaster.
