I'm getting tired of seeing NYC used and abused. NYC deserves more than to be a backdrop for politicos. WTF!!!
* is hemoraging cash like crazy. Spent 100 mil and got squat.
Kerry, I beg you, don't stoop to the RNC level! Just accept like normal, don't be a USER!

2. I'm starting to think this is a bad idea |

Why? I fear the media (with a little bullying from the RNC) will then tune out the DNC Convention. Convention coverage has been declining every 4 years for the last 20 years. Remember that Bill Clinton and Al Gore both got big bounces out of their conventions. There will be plenty of DNC and 527 money to keep Kerry afloat after the Convention. If this is going to be a money contest we can just stick a fork in it right now: Democrats will never will a money contest with Team Bush.

The dirtbags have more cash. Why stoop to their level?
Win a clear win, with honor, and not compromising principals (I know that may be a fresh idea for the presumptive nominee, but....)

Kerry should accept the nomination on the last day possible on the steps of the Capitol and every last friggin Dem should be there and then he should travel to some place where voters rarely see a candidate while the news is focused on the RNC.
