I thought she would be a good compliment for HRC. I would have also suggested Jerry Ferraro prior to her zipper problem.
I think it would be neat for her to chose a women.

32. If Sen. Clinton wins the nomination, she's likely to choose someone like |
|
Wes Clark, Evan Bayh, Tom Vilsack, or Ed Rendell.
IMO she should choose someone with very significant independent appeal, which would reduce Bayh's, Rendell's and Vilsack's odds in that quartet, and may add someone no one would expect her to ask, like
Robert Menendez. He "replaces" Gov. Richardson for Hispanics whose support we need in large numbers and of course he helps anchor downthe mid-Atlantic seaboard.
Or Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Certainly a long shot, but he did endorse Sen. Clinton and I"m told he had some famous relatives in politics.
I hope it is not someone like Harld Ford or John Breaux, but believe they could be considerations.
She'll shortlist Clark, Bayh, Vilsack, Rendel, and Bill Nelson of Florida, is my guess, and choose the one with the best portfolio for her notion of winning the general and then governing -- meaning somebody willing to step aside and let the Big Dog roam the Oval Office as he pleases.
Evan Bayh, sad to say, fits the description of someone she might be looking for.
