Please explain Meeks-gate & Baby-gate; been out of the loop

Sorry people, but my daughter got married last Saturday and the past 30 days have reflected what hell might be like. I have watched minimal tv, read NO newspapers and except for a few minutes here & there, have not been on DU. I love my daughter, the wedding was wonderful, but damn, it sucks to be uninformed!!!

So, will somebody please tell me what the hell you are talking about?? Thank you so, so much for bringing me up to date.

Well I am not sure what it is either. Meeks is another minister who was apparently in the Illinois legislature at the same time as Obama. I believe he is black and has similar views to Wright. They must have eaten lunch together or something. This is another Hannity pile that is going nowhere.
As for the baby thing. I am confused about this also. Sounds like some words were taken out of context to make him sound like a baby-killer.
