1. Do you want a link to Obama's Iran vote? Oh, that's right. He didn't show up. |
|
Going to be hard to draw a comparison there, ain't it?

7. And it has to be about winning rather than |
|
supporting his conscience or the will of his constituents? Could you admit it that he didn't want the political heat for voting?

I really appreciated it being provided so quickly. I didn't post to start a debate, I merely wanted the link to pass on. I needed to pass this on to someone who refused to believe she voted for it, they said, "Hillary wouldn't have voted for that." I went to the link provided and printed out the proof to show to the person offline.
Since people decided to debate this maybe we should try to have a healthy debate on the issue. I believe her vote is a demonstration of her beliefs. I have serious doubts as to whether she would really lead us out of Iraq. Barack's "No Voting" on this, does not alarm me at all because Senators know when there are close votes expected and this one was not expected to be a close vote, and wasn't as evidenced by the record. Furthermore, if he would have voted, I would have expected him to vote "No" along with the 22 other Senators, as I would have expected Hillary to have voted. The fact she voted "Yes" is disturbing.
In re: to the person who asked me to admit he was dodging the vote - I seriously doubt this was the case as if he was dodging, he would not have had to dodge a "No" vote as there were plenty of votes to pass the bill. A "No" vote is believed to have been the popular vote among constituents. So, no, I don't think this was the case. In addition, why the "Yes" vote from Hillary? Doesn't make sense. Why go against the will of the people on this one?
On edit: online changed to offline
