Does Hillary genuinly think Barack can't win because he's black? Or is it another excuse?
Looking at what she allegedly said to Richardson ('he can't win Bill. He can't win') and several other reports that she's certain he can't beat mccain (despite having more money and support) and thinks Mccain in certain too (I don't know if Obama can win the GE, but if mccain thinks it will be easy he's got another thing coming).

Does she genuinly think he can't win? This in itself is not racism. Since many people have voiced that concern. But it shows she can't have much faith in her country.

Or is it another excuse? If if were Edwards leading instead, would she have bowed out gracefully and endorsed him by now? Or would she still be fighting it?

Either she's really out of touch with her country or she's willing to exploit racism to get what she wants.

4. Yes
Only Obama's motivations are truly admirable and humble. He really doesn't want to be president but he feels drawn to the post by Jesus. Obama is not a politician, oh no he is far above that. And he would never lie to you.

Help with your sentence construction. Who is going to bring who to size and who doesn't need to worry? Surely you are not writing speechs for the Senator.

25. The Clintons were in the Whitehouse for 8 years
That I (or anyone else) doesn't like a LOT of the policies that came out of the experience, it's still plenty valid.

On the other hand, a month or two ago on some program that aired in Australia, we saw an interview with Obama where he talked about his qualifications. My girlfriend and I just looked at each other and said- he's going to get hammered on this.

He strongly implied Clinton thought he couldn't win because he was black and would use victories in Indiana and Pennsylvania to show this.

11. No. It's because she's obsessed with winning.
It really has nothing to do with Obama. I suspect we'd see the same attitude no matter who else was in the race. She simply wants to win. She sees it as being her right.

Nobody wants McCain to beat Obama more than Clinton. If Obama wins, that's the end of Clinton in the executive branch.

33. Depends on what her definition of "can't" is.
"Can't" as in "Obama isn't able to beat McCain"? Or "can't" as in "Hillary can't stand the prospect of losing to Obama"?

Besides, if Hillary's belief that Obama can't beat McCain is truly sincere, then she must also believe that her chances of beating him aren't that much better.

42. Demographics and math, not race.
Both may very well do equally well against McCain in the popular vote in the GE. The problem is the Electoral College. His votes in the GE will come from states that he either wins big or loses big. Clinton doesn't win as many states big, but she makes up for it by narrowly winning PA, OH, and maybe FL. Unfortunately, with the EC, the demographics favor Clinton to win narrowly in the states we need to win, and disfavor Obama in those states.
