2008 elections

Kleeb is running to replace Sen. Chuck Hagel (R-Neb.), who will be retiring at the end of his term. The Democratic primary will be held on May 13, 2008 (Kleeb vs. Nebraska businessman Tony Raimondo) Raimondo switched from the Republican Party to the Democratic Party. The winner will then likely face Mike Johanns in the general election.<2>

Scott Kleeb, the U.S. Senate hopeful and former ranchhand, must have lead in his cowboy boots.

And, unfortunately for Kleeb, those boots were made for walking.


His Nebraska driver's license was revoked this month after he was slapped with his sixth traffic ticket in 22 months.
