I changed the period covered by the trend lines to 20 days (from 10). Now it's clearer that this is a tied race, whereas before every minor change from one day to the next made it look like one candidate or the other was suddenly zooming up or collapsing catastrophically.








(Pretend that the 10 and 20 lines are actually 0. Does anyone know how to make Excel label different parts of the axis differently?)
