Hillary did a great job on Leno tonight. Warm, personable...
even self-effacing at times.

The audience was very responsive. They applauded her when she said that the nomination process shouldn't stop until everyone who wants to vote has voted.

They applauded her numerous times.

No one booed her. No one screamed "Obama!"

Must have been no DUers there.

:)

12. good for Leno on calling her out on Michigan
Hill brought up the point that Obama had the chance to be on the ballot, so Leno retorts the fact that the votes wouldn't count - Hill says she's doesn't want to talk about it further, and is only concerned with having the delegates seated.

Wtf, it takes a comedian to bring up Hill's duplicity on Michigan. This is just as bad as her fabricating sniper fire.

Other than that, she did well.

I am not sure why everyone criticizes her for wanting everyone to have the chance to vote. I thought we were Democrats. I guess some are willing to throw the process of voting right out the window in order to seal the nomination of Obama. I figure if they were so sure that he is going to win, they would just sit back and relax and let people vote.

Oooos, sorry.

I made a mistake.

The light-ups signs say "APPLAUD!!" and then there's also the stage hands waving their hands and urging the audience to applaud.

Didn't you ever got a live taping of one of those things.

Hang out in front of the Chinese Theater in Hollywood someday and take a trip. It's an educational experience.

79. She's personable. She comes across bettter in a personal interview
than she does during soundbites and her stump speech. She should do more interviews.

80. I didn't like her sniper joke--the eve before MLK sniper-murder anniversary...
...is insensitive and in poor taste.

I don't think so.

94. I thought she was great too. I love that lady.
I truly believe the attacks of her are way overboard.
People have selective perception. (me too).
I'm not saying she's perfect. She may have lied.
Anyone who says Obama hasn't lied is full of shit.

I like both candidates; however, I like Hillary more.
Hillary is seasoned. Obama is not. He still has a lot of
growing to do. Simply stated, he needs more experience.

Obama is a motivational speaker, no doubt. And I would
have voted for him, except I don't like his voting record.
In particular, I don't like the way he voted against the
rights of babies that survived failed abortions.

Given the circumstances surround Hillary at the time she voted,
I don't blame her for her IWR vote. Had Barack been a Senator
at the time of IWR vote, I am willing to bet he would have
voted yes. You will never convince me otherwise. Looking from
the outside in, it's so easy to tell everybody what you would have
done.

What's really interesting about this place is how overboard
everyone is going. A few people here would be really
good at starting their own swiftboating advertising firm.
An intelligent mind can make a dramatic case against
anybody for anything. A human being's ability to justify his
own case is legendary. (Remember, people somehow justified
voting for George Bush in 2004.) There are no angels on this
planet... Hillary is not an evil demon, the way some of her
detractors would have us believe. However, the more vile and
vicious they can make their attack, the better drama and the
more emotion they can stir up. I'm surpirsed they don't pass
out pitchforks and torches. A little tar and feathers might
help too.

As I am typing this, though, I realize the utter futility of
doing so. Everyone here has by now made up their minds about
whom they are going to vote for. So, this board has pretty
much turned into a place where we can all spit in each other's
face. Mob mentality. Obviously there are so many more people
here who support Obama -- and they use their mass numbers as
evidence of their "rightness." Oh p'shaw. Half a planet once
agreed that the earth was the center of the universe. It didn't
make them right. And one person looked up into his telescope
and said "hey guess what? we are not the center of the universe"
and they killed him.

Sometimes I feel like that's what is going to happen to me if I
somehow disagree with the crowd here that says vote for Obama.
Granted, some of the Hillary supporters have been mean too.

Sigh.
