Imus verbally assaulted a group of students who did nothing but excel in a sport. At least Randi attacked a public figure who put herself up for it, knowing full well how ugly it could get. Not saying whether Randi should be fired--not my point. Only that what Imus did was of a different animal, and he should have been fired before the end of that show. It's a shame someone would hire him at all after that.

As for his cancer ranch, Rush Limbaugh does a lot of charity work for kids with leukemia. Does that make his racist assault on Obama any better?

This was a 960 Green event. Tickets were reserved on-line and paid for at the door, a $5 donation to 960 Green. No host bar. It was as a fundraiser/promotional event for 960 Green, a fundraiser as in Randi donated her time.

The information was always available, from actual news sources, not gossip blogs. The truth matters and now you know, so there is no excuse for continuing to spread an entire fabrication of what actually transpired.
