A thought, in a vacuum
So, could part of the "fun" today be generational?

I personally don't care for RR. Theres even a part of me that hopes she could be replaced with someone I find more entertaining. But what she said does not really rile me up so much, and seems like a dumb reason to have this big flap.

I think a lot of it is generational. I have to admit, the term whore doesn't really bother me. I have heard it tossed around casually in many contexts. I myself am regularly called a whore (I would guess the average is down to once a day, but it used to be up near 3 times a day). It just doesn't even register. Whore is about as offensive to me as calling someone an ass. When I hear the word, its either in the news, referring to some individuals profession, or more likely it is used to refer to someone who has "sold out" to X(I myself am a sucker for a good back scratching). For me it is pretty much implied in virtually anyone who would make it to national politics.
