Guys! ND is a caucus state. Remember what happened in Iowa? And Hillary just dissed ND today that their delegates shouldn't count. When ND voted on Super Tuesday, their 13 pledged delegates ended up 8 for Obama and 5 for Clinton. What do you want to bet that changes after this weekend?

Friday 4 April - Sunday 6 April 2008: State Convention. 13 of 21 delegates to the Democratic National Convention are allocated to presidential contenders reflecting the support for the presidential contenders at the State Convention. A mandatory 15 percent threshold is required in order for a presidential contender to be allocated National Convention delegates at the statewide level.

8 district delegates are to be allocated proportionally to presidential contenders based on the preferences among the convention participants as a whole. North Dakota has a single statewide congressional district.
In addition, 5 delegates are to be allocated to presidential contenders based on the preferences among the convention participants as a whole.
