The Devil Obama and Saint Hillary Of The Little Children, or any variations thereof. These Manichean narratives are deserving of nothing but scorn- as is all simplistic good/evil thinking. If you're willing to believe virtually any negative story about either Hillary or Barack, no matter what the source, you've painted yourself into a dark little corner of your mind.

Hillary Clinton gets more of that treatment here by dint of the fact that there are more Obama supporters on GD-P, but it's also due to the right wing frame that has been constructed to define her and to her personality itself.

Obama gets plenty of it too. Look how some Hillary supporters latched onto Wright to try and darkly hint that Obama is really a militant black supremicist.


Either way it's simplistic bullshit that springs from some hardwired tendency to see one's opponent in the starkest and worst light, and falling into it, no matter the provocations is a fool's errand.

Do you disagree that people here tend to frame the candidate they're NOT supporting as all or largely bad? Have you failed to notice that those people who do that will believe anything negative even if it's sourced to wingnuts? What, in the OP, do you actually disagree with?
