3. It's the anniversary of MLK's death, of course they're going to discuss it.
There is nothing wrong with talking about race, if we got everything out in the open we would be a much better society because of it.

I thought this election would bring sexism to the forefront too, but sadly I was wrong.

:eyes: If they spent as much time on the policy differences between the republicans and democrats this election would be in the bag.

Instead they have a 10 minute special asking: "will whites really vote for Obama?"

7. If you think this is bad
Anderson Cooper is still asking if Rev. Jeremiah Wright's sermons are affecting Barack Obama. He did it again yesterday on AC 360.

12. I was watching that.
In the middle he said 'of course, maybe we in the media are actually prolonging it' (or words to that effect). This isn't the first time I've seen people on CNN saying this. Ya think, guys? If you're prolonging it, maybe that means you should drop it for a day or two and see if you can find something else to report on.

What next? 'This next segment of our program is actually pretty content-free and totally shoddy journalism, but we figure you're too lazy to get off your fat ass to pick up the remote, so here we go...'

13. I came up with a term for this today
Journalistic necrophilia -- when you continue to push a story that was dead a long time ago.

14. My favorite was a couple of weeks ago when he said "We're also going to look at the economic
policies of Senator Obama, Senator Clinton and Senator Wright."

16. Yup
Larry King asked him what he was going to talk about on his program and he said, "Rev. Wright this, Rev. Wright that," and then the slip-up happened.

AC has been a nightmare on this topic. An absolute nightmare.

9. And then they'll turn around and accuse Obama of playing the race card
when it is they, not any of the candidates, who have been beating the race drumbeat since the second that Obama got announced his candidacy.

18. CNN - Old, White and Racist ... no wonder they're for Hillary
CNN has been the worst news network this year. Their shilling for Hillary, both explicitly and implicitly, knows no bounds.
