Poll question: Which of these blockbuster events is more HUGH!!111: Gutter-Bowl or Bookbag?
Edited on Sun Apr-06-08 08:38 AM by Buzz Clik
Obama scored a 37 over 7 frames. Holy crap! It must suck to be him.

We can't seem to figure out if Hillary really had a bookbag to toss across the room when she heard the news of MLK's death.

Which if these is more likely to sink the candidate's candidacy?

2. I considered offering no options at all.
This was my moral compromise.

4. Well SweetieGate is about to hit. You better get your backpack on and your bowling shoes tied tight
for this one. ;)

5. Actually, that was my inspiration.
Sweetiegate is so very important it didn't even make this list.

15. Never, compliment anyone, ever. Your HR manager insists.
Just keep your head down and work in silence.

6. I've heard that the holes in bowling balls are curved in a way that
is oriented to right handed people. Obama's a southpaw. Where's Flander's "Leftorium" when ya need it. . .?

10. Being a left-handed bowler, who learned the sport using house balls (for righties)...
... it's not true.

I'm guessing that Obama has bowled very little in his life, and not at all recently. And, if he did bowl, he was not good.

13. Thanks for the correction.
I've not bowled since I was a kid and it was with the smaller balls without the holes so I really had no clue.

I wish they'd show him shooting hoops instead of the tiresome over played tape of the gutter ball.

12. Neither is Exactly right!
But I think Obama's bowling is a big disgrace, and the biggest mistake he has made so far in his campaign.

We will forget bookbags being thrown in college dorm rooms well before we forget that awkward bowler!

14. I provided an analysis of his bowling form some time back.
He really wasn't awkward -- he simply lacked knowledge of what the hell he was doing. He was trying to aim the ball ... oh, shit. Nobody really gives a damn. But I could get him into the 180s in just two weeks. There I go again.

So... do you figure that Hillary's bookbag was standard canvas or some fancy designer leather bag?

17. wait...
Are you saying that if he doesn't have experience with something he could assemble a team of skilled advisors who would make him an expert in just two weeks?

What kind of insanity is that? We can ONLY have a president who was born with infinite knowledge, experience, and skill. Didn't you know that? What are you thinking, fool? If he can't get that ball to go down there and knock down all ten pins on his own, while singing God Bless America, then he's hopeless. You just take your cheap advice and go peddle it somewhere else, buster!

18. Would it have helped if he had a red, white and blue bowling ball?
Little flag lapel pins seem to substitute for leadership. Maybe a patriotic bowling ball can substitute for inherent skill on the lanes.

19. perhaps he should shave his head and get the flag tattooed on it
and learn to rope calves

THEN maybe he'd be qualified...

that is, Bill, Hillary, or even Chelsea. He hasn't bowled in 40 years, so he was a little out of practice. But you know what? Who cares? Does his bowling affect his policies? Of course not. Which has no effect on me. I just find all this silly.
