1. I was there..

Sort of. He came to my school, the University of South Florida. Know something? I didn't even know he was coming until I -got- here at around noon and saw the parking lot I usually park in closed off for Kerry personell, media, etc.

I read/watch/listen to a lot of news, including local stuff. You'd think we'd be saturated with messages about Kerry coming to town. But we weren't. If we had been, I would have scheduled time to go.

But nope. I had no idea he was coming... And so I went to work as usual, slaving away while this guy took this picture maybe three hundred yards away from where I sat.

Sigh.

I love Florida! I spent many happy vacations in the Tampa area.

6. I must say that I find him much more attractive than Bush.

I know he has an odd looking chin. But he has a tall, lean without-being-skinny body. I think he's kinda sexy. Kinda.

And I don't care what some may say about his hair. Lots of men his age would KILL to have that hair.
