4. The numbers, as I calculate them (to reach 2024)
she would need 61% of all remaining delegates, or 103% of the remaining pledged delegates

He would need 40% of the remaining delegates, or 67% of the remaining pledged.

Asuming a 10 point victory for her in Penn, the numbers are then

She would need 62% of all remaining delegates, 128% of the remaining pledged

He would need 38% of the remaining delegates, or 79% of the remaining pledged delegates.
