The Great Penn Lie. It is a change in job description not a resignation!
I mean come on guys and gals....let's not let them get away with this. Everyone is so caught up in the Penn Is Gone crap... even Huffington Post, who actually contradicts their own headline in the body of their story!

They are so excited at the hint of his demise they cannot see the forest for the trees.

Hillary is going to be all over the Monday morning news with a big brave tough decision to change course when the guy probably won't even change his desk.

Email the morning MSM rags now. I am starting with CBS ( Could Be Sued ), then NBC ( News Be Corporate ) and then ABC (Anything But Credible).

But seriously, a couple e-mails saying this is clearly a political ploy could wag the dog.

1. Don't think so.
Penn is such a pompous, egotistical prick he wouldn't be able to stay in the background.

2. Really? I think he's really just all about the money.
Evidenced by the fact that he kept his big cash job as such a "great" pollster.

9. NPR is reporting he is still "ADVISING" the campaign. If you disgraced the campaign message
one would think your advice would no longer be welcome. NPR also discussed his connections with union busters. Not a good story to have remain in the press. It was NPR's top story.

12. Well if that's the case,
I have to FURTHER question her judgment.

If he was that great at his job, she'd be doing better in the polls, votes and contributions. I don't see where he's been a benefit to her campaign at all. Plus, the amount of money he's getting while she's not in good financial straits, and the negative result of an on-going relationship with him.

Hell, it was questionable when she FIRST hired him - he and BM have such smarmy reps.

3. You are right
"Mark, and Penn, Schoen and Berland Associates, Inc. will continue to provide polling and advice to the campaign"

Someone thinks we are stupid.

13. If this was...
the Bush administration - how would you feel about it then?

This is the act of a cynical member of the Washington power elite and its the kind of bullshit democrats should never tolerate.
