Here's a Fox News interview with a (white) Catholic priest who supports Rev. Wright by comparing him to Jesus.

What if we took 30-second film clips of Jesus overturning tables in the temple? Or saying you must hate your parents in order to love me? We would have thought him a crazy man.

Now that is a man of God. These damn conservatives have hijacked my religion and used as a blunt object to bludgeon people long enough! Jesus preached the love of God, but he also talked of his judgment and punishment for you sins as well. And it's probably a news flash, but most of "God's Wrath" isn't God whacking you with his smiting stick, it's him sitting back and allowing the consequences of your own actions to blow back on you.
