3. Isn't Reagan ,Junior, supposed to be critical of Bush?
What party does he belong to. I remember Patty Davis was very critical of her father during his presidency.

5. Ron Junior once said
his father had 'shit bigger men than George W. Bush*', or something a lot like that, if I recall correctly. There's never been any love lost between the two families, and Ron Jr. has been very outspoken in his distaste for the Bushes.

Ron Junior is not especially conservative, but I've never seen him align himself with any specific Democrats, perhaps in deference to his parents' political affiliations. I think Patty reconciled with the family a few years ago, when Ron Senior finally admitted he had Alzheimer's.

Rumor has always had it that the Reagans, and especially Nancy, distrusted Poppy. I've never read any of the books, but supposedly she admitted, perhaps in the one by Kitty Kelley, that she always thought GHW was trying to take over when he was VP.

No, there's never been any love lost between them.

7. I'd go with JFK...

it would blow the repugs out of their (n)everloving minds, and plus atleast it would be two dems rather than a dem and a repug,

How is JFK better than Lincoln? Lincoln rules!

I've never understood the fascination with JFK. I prefer FDR

11. Isn't he dead?

Plus, even if I'm mistaken about his death, he is ineligible to serve as President should something happen to Kerry.
