What happned to the story about the 11 districts in PA |
|
Where the Hillary delegates failed to get their paper work in on time? Will that have an impact?

3. In PA, we elect the candidates' delegates in addition to the candidates... |
|
Hillary's delegates were lax in getting the signatures they needed to get on the ballot (even after Rendell gave them an extension). So in several congressional districts Hillary will not have a full slate, meaning that if she were to win 100% of the vote in that district, she wouldn't have enough delegates to represent that.

4. Okay - we had the same thing in IL. |
|
I noticed Kucinich didn't have 4 delegates on our ballot, but Obama & Clinton did. (Of course I voted for all 4 of Obama's delegates).

2. Likely not. Two of the districts are in Philly... |
|
Where there is NO chance that she will get the 60% of the vote that would make having a full slate of delegates necessary.

5. And when Hillary loses PA by a slim margin, she will demand those delegates be seated. |

7. He extended the deadline for her delegates... |
|
To submit their signatures. This was back in March.
Even with that extension, several delegates still weren't filed. Without the extension, so many delegates would've been left off that it really would have affected her results.

to suit their purpose. Seems to be a major pattern with them.
