At some point, I dont see them having any choice. As things get worse domestically, whoever is in will need a scapegoat and a distraction. Its either start another war, or blame it all on the last guy. And at this point I don't see anyone without senility or certifiability starting another war.

Personally, I'd advise anyone young enough with the skills and means, to consider their options carefully.
