22. I have to defend the video for personal reasons

I love the song. I'm sure most folks posting on DU don't remember this song, were too young. Anyway, when the Weathergirls, AKA: Two Tuns Of Fun came out with this song I think in or around '81 or '82 it was a very popular dance song and folks loved it. Now, the girls in the video were out of tune and are no Weathergirls. Also, it was a McCain video which I didn't care for.

I love Annie Lennox but that girl really messed up her song. BTW, I saw Annie Lennox last night on American Idol. They were raising money to give back to the communities of the world. Anyway, Lennox was in Africa where the AIDS epidemic is so bad. She was in a village, talking into the camera and burst into tears. It was a sad point in the interview.
