Clinton's national campaign for office goes up in flames
Edited on Fri Apr-11-08 12:39 PM by TheWraith
Police say a creepy looking fat man with a comb-over was witnessed running from the scene.

1. Did he start the fire using a stack of $100 bills soaked in donut grease?

12. No but those campaign workers are and they could have died!
And the fact that anyone's campaign office could be burned down is frightening.

But I'll never pass up an opportunity to poke fun at Mark Penn.

16. Um, accidental fires happen, and there's no reason to suspect arson
Probably someone left a heater on in a dusty corner or something.

8. What a bunch of jerks!!!
There were two women in the building, thankfully both got out without injuries. The fire severely damaged the building and a car belonging to one of the women was also destroyed. Homeland Security is investigating. Bill went in person this morning to check out the damage.

If this had been an Obama office I would have shown concern for those who may have been there.

The behavior of some of you is truly disgusting!!!!!!

11. Because they don't really care about anything but themselves! That is the hallmark
of how these people interpret Obama's Campaign. They certainly do not reflect well on their candidate.

14. I know, but their lack of basic common decency still upsets me.
Is this same the Democratic party that I gave so much of my time and money over the years? I don't recognize it anymore.

To quote Sir Elton: "The hell with them"!!!!

27. The Clinton campaign has certainly proved that.
And the fact that you use a joke as an excuse to seethe and rage shows where the hatred lies.

17. Nobody was injured, so why are you so bent out of shape?
You'd have a point if the two campaign workers had had to go to hospital or something. As it is, nothing bad has happened. I'm sure the woman whose car was damaged will be paid back by the insurance.

31. For one thing, I didn't make any jokes about it; for another...
I see no harm in finding it amusing when nothing bad has happened. None of the news reports indicated it was a life and death situation.

21. What's arousing ire is the snide implications from both the right
and the left that the Hillary campaign set the fire.

26. Funny, I've seen more people implying that it was torched by a rival campaign
Than suggesting that the Clinton campaign burned it down themselves for some reason.

The police and fire service, on the other hand, seem to feel that it was accidental.

37. Someone started that fire!!!!!!!!!.
Her car is only worth the book value not replacement value. You Obama people have a warped sense of decency. Something bad happened all the work done in that campaign office is destroyed. I know you think that is good but millions of us don't think so. Your a horses Rear.

38. Actually, the fire department says it was an accidental fire, no reason for suspicion.
Do you have information not possessed by the fire department, or are you just making things up?
