I mean seriously, how many second chances does this guy get. Lunching with Karen Hughes, while still under intense scrutiny of playing both sides of the fence? By itself, it may not be a big deal to some but with everything else added in couldn't he have at least picked a less conspicuous place if he's THAT concerned about the cumulative effect on his boss' image? It's almost like he has guardian angels? Bill and Hill perhaps?

We need to make up a new term for a person who makes these tone-deaf blunders. I say we call them a "Penn-head"
