44. There's a Billionaire Lane in San Francisco?
What an odd name for a street! Say, how's the 12-state strategy working for Hilliburton, Inc.? Obama's absolutely right to ask EVERYONE to support his campaign -- including you, and your neighbors on Billionaire Lane.

Is anyone on that street actually a billionaire? That'd be funny.

Dolt.

11. every current poll has her kicking his ass in Pennsylvania.
A Zogby poll was posted which showed one end of the extreme so I thought it was only fair to post the Survey USA poll which shows the opposite end of the spread. Both polls are less than 1 week old and are considered current. The average according to RCP is Clinton +7.3. http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2008/president/pa/pennsylvania_democratic_primary-240.html

Now, if you'll excuse me, the weather outside is great and I'm going to go enjoy it. Have a nice day. peace out.

29. 1.) the poll is perfectly current 2.) flawed poll? pure conjecture on your part
Rasmussen has him losing by 5 (even after outspending her 3:1) and that poll was taken at the same time as the Survey USA poll. Furthermore, Survey USA and Rasmussen are comparable in their accuracy judging by the 2004 results. Zogby was way off, one of the worst actually. http://www.surveyusa.com/Scorecards/2004AllStatewide.xls

31. Wow you Hillfolk are loose with the numbers and facts.
Two months ago she was up by 20 points in the polls. Now Obama is about to come up and steal it from her, or at least deny her the hoards of delegates she needs to even have an argument to keep on going.

NOW you cry about how much money he's spending? That's cause he out raised her! Why? Because the public, en masse, is giving him TONS of money - not in single large donors, but in 2 million LITTLE GUYS! WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU?

It tells you NO ONE is ENTITLED to the White House OR the Democratic Party nomination.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely. That's what happened to your girl. They were our heroes. Corrupted by their own greed and enormous egos. It really is too bad. But now it's time for them to step aside. The Little Guy is fighting back. We're not going to let ANY elitist entitled assholes from EITHER party keep us from the White House.

And it's not too late for you... COME ON OVER! We're a fun crowd! You know you wanna...!!! We miss you guys!

47. Nothing loose about it.
"Two months ago she was up by 20 points in the polls."
She's still up by 18 in this weeks S USA poll.

"Now Obama is about to come up and steal it from her, or at least deny her the hoards of delegates she needs to even have an argument to keep on going."

He isn't going to steal anything and I suspect, barring something completely unlikely, she will continue on after pennsylvania same as before.

"NOW you cry about how much money he's spending?"
Dude, I'm not crying about it, I'm laughing about it. Keep spending that money so you can lose by less.

"And it's not too late for you... COME ON OVER! We're a fun crowd! You know you wanna...!!! We miss you guys!"
Obama is winning because of red states and caucuses and red state caucuses which were given to him due to the disproportionate support of African Americans and ultra-liberal democrats. How many true blue states has he won? (he didn't even win Mass)How many primaries has he won? How many battle ground states has he won? How many true blue states did Hillary win? How many primaries did she win? How many of the all important battle ground states did she win? This is why we have super delegates. They will look at the facts and, hopefully, make the rationale decision which leads to a november victory. As such, it is far too early to call this race and far too early to abandon Hillary for Obama whom I consider to be a far bigger gamble.

16. I dont care which poll is more reliable as long as BO wins on 22nd. All this is just BS
None of the polls have come close to getting their numbers correct. The only certainty in my mind is that PA will be much closer than earlier expected. After that there is just too much uncertainty to predict anything.

For the record, I don't trust the polls that show Bo is very close to HRC either. The truth will be out just a few days before 22nd, maybe 20th or so.

If you don't support Obama, you're not necessarily a racist. (You could just be narrowly focused on one or two pet issues, you could be a huge fan of Bill's from you-know-when, or you could just have a thing for the Hillster that you can't shake.)

Now -- on the other hand -- if you're a racist, you're clearly not going to support Obama. Interesting statement, just backwards.

ON EDIT: forgot a close-parenthesis.

Doesn't matter how much Obama or Clinton raises or spends -- if Hillary can't hold onto a massive lead with her POLICIES and IDEAS, she's toast. But, of course, she's already toast -- it's just a matter of how crispy she wants to let herself become.

64. "Obama Closing in Pennsylvania" (47%-43%)

Obama closing in Pennsylvania
http://www.boston.com/news/politics/politicalintelligence/2008/04/obama_closing_i.html
April 11, 2008 04:02 PM

The Democratic race in Pennsylvania -- likely a must-win for Hillary Clinton and a chance for Barack Obama to land a knockout punch -- is tightening.

A new Zogby poll out today is the latest major survey this week to show Obama within single digits of Clinton, as his TV ad barrage and appearances in the state works on voters before the April 22 primary.

Clinton leads Obama 47 percent to 43 percent, just barely outside the margin of error, Zogby says. She is doing well in western Pennsylvania, around Pittsburgh, and in the central part of the state. Obama is doing well in eastern Pennsylvania, near Philadelphia.

As in other states, Clinton is getting more support from older voters. Zogby says the cut-off seems to be about age 35 -- those younger are likely to support Obama.

The survey was conducted Wednesday and Thursday and has a sampling error of plus or minus 3.2 percentage points.
