11. Hillary has done everything possible to attack Obama and drag down the party. |
|
She does not deserve to be on the ticket in any capacity.
Even if Hillary Clinton had not run the pathetic campaign that she has, I wouldn't recommend her as a running mate, simply because she is a Senator. We have a Senator as a nominee, and so do the 'Pukes, which goes against history in and of itself, for any Senator to win the White House. It's very rare. Two senators on the ticket - ANY two senators - is simply inviting trouble we don't need. Doesn't matter if it's someone as DLC as Hillary, or as Liberal as Russ Feingold.
You can bet Grandpa McLoony won't be running with a Senator. Let's not give him an advantage before the "official" GE race even begins.

After all, she had to take a backseat to Bill. Besides, she as gone way too far in trashing Obama to have any credibility as his running mate.

Before the race baiting in SC, lawsuit in Nevada, declarations of "victory" in Michigan and Florida, praise of McCain over Obama, 3am ads, lying about sniper fire and laughing about conflicting interests regarding free trade...I would've loved her as Obama's VP.

It's about making him President. I don't give a fuck about her. Frankly I don't think she could stand HIM being her boss. That may be the problem here. That and dammit, Bill really wanted to be the First Laddie!

I would tolerate her If Obama picked her however at this point I think a unity ticket with Chuck Higel Is more likely. If he wants to reach out to her supporters then pick Wesley Clark. While he Is a huge supporter of Hillary at least you know when Obama Is the nominee he could trust him.Obama needs a VP who will attack Mccain.Obama needs his own Al Gore not his own Joe Lieberman. And I mean Lieberman in his not going after Bush and aggreing with Cheney.Hillary will never join the Republican party as he Is now basiclly. But she would not go after Mccain, and be weak In the debate.

41. P.O.'d? Yes. Mainly because I think she stands against so many things |

for which Obama has worked: honesty, integrity, multi-party unification, a rejection of special-interest groups and Washington cronyism, etc.
I'd get over it ... but I wouldn't be happy about it.
