I don't think there is anyone I despise more on morning television than Oprah. She is honestly a god to the sheepish housewives (I know it is a harsh generalization) who eagerly lap up whatever she she is spewing that day.

Here is a great example of the how the sheeple will clammer to do her will. A few weeks ago she talked about a book which was about black men who have sex with other men but claim to be straight (I think it was called "The Down Low"). The next week it was on the NYT top 10 bestseller list.

Is there really that many people so deeply interested in that subject or was it because Oprah said it was a good book? She is nothing but a hour long commercial.

I think Futurama was correct. In the future there will be a religion called "Oprahism".

I used to like Oprah................yeeeeeaaaarrrrssss ago. Then I learned what her real affiliation is and it's opposite to mine.

First I threw up when I learned she endorsed Arnold for Calif. Gov!! Then, while watching Reagan/bush convention re runs, I saw her in the crowd yahooing for the repugs. NO WAY. I wouldn't vote for her for dog catcher now! She lives in la la land. :thumbsdown:
