Obama actually gets it and the others really and truly
don't

i grew up in a small town in rural Nevada

and this man has
summed up
the eighteen years worth of experience i got from living there

what he speaks is truth

the other two are utterly clueless clones
or
clowns
but i am not laughing

i have known people my whole life who have
voted
in that exact way

they say about politicians:

"they are all the same"
and
"nothing ever changes"

so they vote based
on something
they KNOW is trivial

they are not dumb
in fact
they have accurately assessed the situation
but
feel powerless to change it

may be now is the time

14. A link to prove that she NEVER said something?
Who are you, Hannity? I don't have to prove a negative. You prove that she did say anything like that. Do your own fucking research.

10. apparently Hillary is a member of the "just keep clapping" school of 'thought'
lets say everything is great in public
and
give
the masses

bread and circuses
and
sweet lies

just so longs as it gets her power
then
damn the consequences

9. And how's that going to get him elected?
What would Reagan say about such a comment? (I only ask this because of the praise he's had for Reagan; I loathe St. Ronnie, just as I did at the time.)

13. According to Lakoff, it's the ONLY way to get elected.
The losing strategy is to move to the right, to assume with Republicans that American values are mainly conservative and that the Democratic party has to move away from its base and adopt conservative values. When you do that, you help activate conservative values in people's brains (thus helping the other side), you offend your base (thus hurting yourself), and you give the impression that you are expressing no consistent set of values, which is true! Why should the American people trust somebody who does not have clear values, and who may be trying to deceive them about the values he and his party's base hold?

15. didn't she say?
Maybe i'm stretching a tad, but not that much.

Didn't she basically say that people aren't working hard enough. They are rolling up their sleeves, meaning they haven't been rolling up their sleeves the last 8 years?
