No amount of "Fuzzy math" will hand HRC the nom barring a death (knock on wood, please no) - a scandal like that of the NY Gov (Isn't going to happen) or BHO dropping from the race.
To all the other Obama supporters out there, I don't know about you but even though I don't like HRC too much we have GOT to stop tearing her down. For whatever else she is, she is a loud vibrant voice that is very difficult to ignore. I don't agree with her stance on some important issues, however she is one of the few that makes it where issues are looked at for the simple fact of who she is. First Lady, turned Politician in her own right, turned competitor for the presidential nomination.
Yes, HRC has made some pretty bad choices. I won't list them here, they've been discussed and beaten to death. Yes, her husband WJC has been having a bad case of foot in mouth disease, again- beaten to death. Yes HRC supporters, BHO has had his moments too I won't deny it. Again, no list- It's been beaten to death.
Sure theres going to be some tongue in cheek humor or the odd off comment. No one's perfect, heck I'm guilty of it myself.
I see many posts daily in different threads talking about how "Supporters" are turning people off to their candidate on both sides.
To tell the truth, there are venom spitting supporters on both sides.
A couple of days ago, I made a post about things I saw recently and it sank like a rock...
When the bile being spewed got rec after rec, kick after kick. It's sad.
Please people, think about what's happening here. The fighting at the level it is has become destructive, we have to support whoever becomes the Nom. If any of the things that I said in the start of the post happen, I will be heartbroken- however I WILL vote for HRC if it happens. The most important reason? I have two teenage (Edit- Teen and soon to be teen. I was thinking of when the next term begins. My littlest turns 13 in 2009. Edited for clarity) daughters and I don't want their rights stripped away from them by SCOTUS.
